Accommodation: eight steps lead up to the front door. Entrance, small hallway. Lounge with feature fireplace and oak floor. High quality sofa bed in the lounge. Two steps lead up to the dining area and modern kitchen. Also in this area is a bathroom with bath, 'wet room' area, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. Fairly steep cottage stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en-suite toilet and hand washbasin. From this bedroom stairs lead to the second floor bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers and TV with DVD. Stairgate at the top of the stairs.
