This attractive, newly refurbished cottage is tucked away in a small square just off 'The Cragg', very close to the beach, harbour, shops and all other amenities. It is full of character with beamed ceilings, original wooden floors and a proper working open fireplace.

Accommodation: entrance, small hallway. Cosy lounge with open log fire, oak floors and modern, open plan kitchen. Fairly steep cottage stairs lead to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe and a bedroom with children's bunk beds. Also a bathroom with whirlpool bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail. On the second floor is a bedroom under the eves with a double bed, wall-mounted TV with freesat and chest of drawers.

Services: refrigerator with wine cooler, gas hob, electric oven with grill, microwave, wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player. Playstation 2 with selection of games. Music system. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot and high chair are available. Non-smokers only. One well-behaved dog is welcome by arrangement with the owner, but not allowed upstairs. Private yard with sitting out area with table and chairs in front of the cottage, BBQ.

Please note: because of the children's bunk room, this cottage is only suitable for 4 adults + 2 children.
