This sturdy 1940's redbrick-built house is situated in an elevated position with great views of Whitby harbour and the west side of town. It has a small enclosed garden/patio and off-road parking for two cars.

Accommodation:  entrance at the side of the house into a modern kitchen/diner. Through to a lounge with gas coal fire and good views of the harbour. Next to the lounge is a hallway with ample storage. A few steps lead up to a separate toilet with small hand washbasin. On the first floor are three bedrooms. One good-sized bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a second good-sized bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers and one smaller bedroom with bunk beds more suitable for children. There is bathroom with bath, power shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Because of the bunk beds, the house is NOT suitable for 6 adults or 4 children.

SERVICES:  fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave, washing machine. Colour TV with satellite free to air channels and DVD. Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. Off street parking for two cars next to the house. Small enclosed garden at the side of the house with  table and chairs and seating in front of the house facing the harbour.
