This farm barn has recently been converted to a beautiful farm cottage. It is situated on a working farm but is completely self-contained and has a private entrance and garden. It lies deep in one of the most spectacular dales surrounded by dramatic countryside. The village of Glaisdale is about 2 miles away.

Entrance to the open plan Yorkstone flagged kitchen and slightly elevated spacious dining room and attached utility room. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin. On the first floor is a magnificent drawing room with wood burning stove and raised hearth with a gallery over part of the lounge. Also a bedroom with twin beds, en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Outside is a garden leading to the orchard and outside eating area.

Fridge/freezer, gas cooker with two electric ovens, microwave, washing machine (in utility room), dishwasher. Colour TV with Sky, video, radio/CD player. Oil central heating - no extra charges for heating or electricity. Bed linen and towels are provided. Ample private car parking space. No smoking in the cottage. One well-behaved dog is welcome but must be kept on a leash on the premises and is not allowed in the bedrooms. Subject to availability it is possible to sleep 2 more people making use of the owner's small cottage adjacent to the property.
