The Ingrid Flute Holiday Accommodation Agency was established in 1970 and is one of the longest going self-catering agencies in the country. The agency has expanded considerably over the last few years due to many factors.

1. We offer a local service. All our properties are on the North Yorkshire Moors and Coast and are never further than an hours drive away from our Scarborough office. This way we can always be of assistance when the need arises.
   
   
2. We have friendly and knowledgeable staff. All our staff have lived in the area for a long time and know it like the back of their hand. Our staff visit every one of our holiday cottages, so they know what they are talking about.

4. There is no registration fee, so it costs you nothing to come with us.
   
   
5. There are no limit to the number of weeks you want for yourself, family or friends. At your request we will “owner book” the property if it is still available.
   
   
6. We have an excellent website marketing our properties which shows colour photographs, availability of all properties, updated every day, has details of special offers and has a comprehensive search facility to make finding a suitable cottage quick and easy.
   
   
7. We are open seven days a week.
   
   
8. We advertise extensively in all major newspapers and many magazines.
   
   
9. We produce 30,000 brochures a year of which approximately 17,000 are sent out in September to customers who have booked a holiday with us over the last three years or have made an enquiry.
   
   
10. We have a loyal following of customers that come with us year after year.
